At 6 p.m. the Saint Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation will present for your dining experience a Spanish Colonial Roast Pig feast. Using a traditional method, the pig is hand turned (driven by a wheel) on a spit above hot coals throughout the day located on the historic waterfront venue of the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. That evening you will dine at the park’s Pavilion accompanied by delicious selections of sides, salad, dessert, and beverage(s). Beer and wine available with a suggested donation. Tickets are $45 per person
